  The effective coaching methods for PD Warrior seem like they are based off of the principles of Motivational Interviewing(MI)and Brief Action Planning (BAP). IN PD Warrior you are looking for a confidence score of 100 percent for a “quick win” but a confidence interval of 80 percent or higher is shown to correlate to adherence so are you always looking for 100 percent confidence?
