<p>In the webinar for FoG you talked about a 40 hour programme for a client with FoG. Is this inclusive of the Strength and endurance  then onto more skill based work? How long would you expect this kind of programme to take or is it just very dependent on the client. Are you able to give a an example of what this may look like. </p>
