<p>I have a few questions, please. </p>
<p>1)After a client has completed the 10 week challenge or similar course of PD Warrior exercises. What advice would you give on exercise frequency per week and continuing exercise long term. </p>
<p>2) For RPM do you use a standard target to aim or is there a way assess what pts 80% intensity is?</p>
