This session is pretty fast paced and full on! Do your best to not run over time as it can happen easily.
Main things to focus on in each exercise are:
- What each exercise is good for
- How to modify for injury
- How to put into a functional context
- How to progress/regress the exercise
- Encourage use of supports for balance – be conservative here!
